Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to revise the authorized approval of the academic year 2018-2021 in Recognition No.19 M-00600521 dated 13.02.2018 of the D.K.Samy Metric Higher Secondary School under the petitioner's Trust obtained by the fourth respondent by submitting the forged documents and take necessary actions against him within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. This writ petition has been filed for directing the first to third respondents to revise the authorized approval of the academic year 20182021 in Recognition No.19 M-00600521 dated 13.02.2018 of the D.K.Samy Metric Higher Secondary School under the petitioner's Trust obtained by the fourth respondent by submitting the forged documents and take necessary actions against him within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the after filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner's request was considered and granted approval. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
