This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disconnect the service connection No.092340285389 sanctioned in the name of 3rd respondent illegally to the premises in A-Kunrathur Village Patta No.367 which property belong to the petitioner on perusing petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2020 and document herein within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent specifically contended that by virtue of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5449 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020, electricity service connection has been given to the 3rd respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that he was not aware of the order passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition in W.P.No.5449 of 2020 passed in favour of the 3rd respondent. 2/4

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. This writ petition is of the year 2021. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5449 of 2020, he could very well file an appeal against the said order and he cannot file a further writ petition. All the more, it appears that the dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent is civil in nature.

6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 28.02.2024 Index :yes/No Speaking /Non speaking order vsi To
