C.M.P.No.5230 of 2018 in Cros. Obj.SR.No.19108 of 2018 in C.M.A. No.1465 of 2017 and C.M.A. No.1464 of 2017 and C.M.P.Nos.7806 and 7807 of 2017 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition in C.M.P.No.5230 of 2018 wherein the claimant has sought leave of this Court to condone the delay of 185 days in preferring the Cross Appeal in C.M.A.No.1465 of 2017 as sufficient cause has been shown.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection in allowing this petition.
