ORDER

This petitioner has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the First Respondent herein to consider the representation dated 16.07.2012 of the Petitioner and to revise the monthly pension to the Petitioner from 1.6.1996 onwards to 31.3.2003 at 50% of 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the pay last drawn as per G.O.Ms.No.446 Finance (PC) Department dated 18.9.2007 and to disburse monthly pension of Rs.10500/- from 1.1.2007 and minimum pension of Rs.10650/- p.m. from 1.1.2011 onwards and disburse the arrears.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the retirement benefits were settled in favour of the petitioner on 29.04.2014 and, hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In the above circumstances, recording the submission that the relief sought for has been granted to the petitioner, this petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law in case there is any difference in settlement.
