In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. It is made clear that before passing the order, an opportunity of hearing should be afforded to the petitioner.
