C O M M O N O R D E R Heard Mr. V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader for the first and second respondents. 2.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his application for grant of patta. Though it is submitted that there were certain civil proceedings, which were stated to have culminated in favour of the petitioner, this court at this juncture need not adjudicate those facts and it would suffice to direct the petitioner to file fresh application for grant of patta. If the same is done through on-line application by the petitioner and if the same is done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the first respondent shall consider the application and pass a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date on which the application is received in a full form.

With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
