JUDGMENT
This CMA is preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.707 of 2010 in O.S.No.193 of 2010 dated 07.01.2011 by the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore. In the suit in O.S.No.193 of 2010 preliminary decree was passed and subsequently final decree was also passed. In this case, the suit itself was disposed of by passing a final decree, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
