Today, this writ petition has been again listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court by an order dated 03.03.2022, disposed of the said writ petition. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the cause title the name of the respondent has been wrongly typed as "1. Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Ltd., Rep. by its Managing Director, No.12, Ramakrishna Road, Salem - 7. (2) Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees' Pension Fund Trust, Rep. by its Administrator, Thiruvalluvar House, Pallavansalai, Chennai - 600 002" instead of "Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore) Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 43." and hence prays for correcting the said clerical mistake.

3. I am satisfied that it is a clerical mistake. In such circumstances, in the cause title, the name of the respondent instead of "(1) Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Salem) Ltd., Rep. by its Managing Director, No.12, 1/3

Ramakrishna Road, Salem - 7. (2) Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees' Pension Fund Trust, Rep. by its Administrator, Thiruvalluvar House, Pallavansalai, Chennai - 600 002" it has to be read as "Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore) Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 43.". The Registry is directed to carry out suitable amendments in the cause title and issue a fresh copy.
