ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.297 of 2023 by order dated 27.01.2023 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the said Magistrate to the credit of crime No.333/2022 of Nazarethpet Police Station.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.297 of 2023 by order dated 27.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty five thousand only) before the said Magistrate to the credit of crime No.333/2022 of Nazarethpet Police Station.
