PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.594 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other investigating agency and direct them to conduct fresh investigation.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.594 of 2017 on the file of 3rd respondent police to any other investigating agency.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not even co-operate with the 3rd respondent for investigation and as such, it is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the above facts and circumstances, after the period of three years, the change of investigation would affect the entire investigation done by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the 3rd respondent for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
