This Petitioner has been to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 635 of 2024 from the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other investigating agency.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered by the third respondent in Crime No.635 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 419, 423, 467, and 471 of IPC and 82(d) of the Registration Act, 1908. After registration of the First Information Report, the third respondent proceeded with the investigation and is about to complete the same. The only grievance raised by the petitioner is that, so far, no accused has been secured by the third respondent.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.635 of 2024 pending on his file and file a final report in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
