ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition enquiry in two C.S.R.s were conducted and closed as "the dispute is civil in nature". As of now, there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner with the second respondent and he is not required for any enquiry, no orders need be passed in this petition. 2/4
