Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para No. 7(b) in Crl.OP.No.974 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 i.e., the petitioner shall make non refundable deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- through demand draft to the credit of Ramakrishna Math, No.31, Ramakrisha math Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.MUTHUSELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition in paragraph No.7 (b) of the order dated 19.01.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.974 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of District Legal Service Authority, Kallakurichi District. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. Heard.

4. On being satisfied with the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition (b) paragraph No.7 in Crl.O.P.No.974 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 shall be modified as follows.

'7(b). Accordingly, the petitioner shall make non-refundable deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) through demand draft to the credit of Ramakrishna Math, No.31, Ramakrishna Math Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004, without prejudice to his defence before the trial Court and on such deposit, the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically;'
