For Petitioner in both petitions : No appearance For Respondents in both petitions : Mr.U.Bharanidharan Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R Despite the matter being listed on 18.08.2025, 08.09.2025 and 15.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.
2. Even today (22.09.2025) when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which only goes to show that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
