This Writ Petition has been filed seeking police protection for the petitioner.

2. It is seen from records that the petitioner owes monies to his employees and other creditors. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a threat exerted to recover the money from him. Hence, a complaint was given before the respondent police seeking for police protection. Since the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard Ms.Nadhiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

4. In a case of this nature, police will have no role to play. The petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy before the appropriate Forum and the pressure exerted by the creditor and employees to repay the money can never be a ground for providing police protection.

5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
