O R D E R

Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 to 3 to forthwith take action against 4th respondent and respondents 6 to 35 for engaging any Katta Panchayat and ex-communicating the petitioners based on the complaint dated 18.10.2012.

2. The main grievance is that the Assistant Commissioner of Police is involved in gang recourse. Therefore, the action is sought. Now the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the very Assistant Commissioner was transferred very long back and nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the very allegation in the Writ Petition is general nature and no specific allegation is made warranting this invoking jurisdiction u/s.

226. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 01.12.2022 kpr
