ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, wife of the detenu Madan Mohan, aged 31 years, has moved this petition to cause production of her husband, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

A copy of the travel particulars of the husband of the petitioner has been obtained by the 1st respondent police and the copy thereof is forwarded to the learned counsel for petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner's husband has travelled to Dubai on 24.102017. Hence, there is no occasion for illegal detention calling for exercise of jurisdiction by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the circumstance, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
