O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation dated 08.02.2018 made by the Petitioner and till such time direct the Third Respondent not to proceed with the tender notification vide Notification No.25/2017-2018/HDO dated 31.01.2018.

Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that the said representation has been disposed of by order dated 14.06.2019 and a copy of the same has been produced before this Court, which is recorded.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
