This Petition is filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the above criminal revision case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay of 254 days in filing the above Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
