ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) Challenging the Lock and Seal Notice (LSD) dated 08.01.2021 vide reference No.EC/C-II/13034/2017 of the 1st respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. When the matter was called to-day, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has already become infructuous as the unauthorized construction has been removed.

3. Placing on record the said statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
