This application has been filed to amend the Sections as 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC r/w 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 instead of Section 294(b), 354 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crl.OP.No.1036 of 2023 vide order dated 19.01.2023.
