The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 22.01.2016, seeking increments, promotion, revision of pay and other benefits.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is working as Conductor in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation and his service benefits are yet to be disbursed in accordance with the orders of the Government. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent.

3.Without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 22.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar msm To
