Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records in relation to Para 22 of the proceedings issued in Na. Ka. No. 12118/T1/2011 dt 13.9.2011 by the 2nd respondent and the panel for the post of B.Ed. Middle School Headmaster as on 1.1.2012 for Lalgudi Panchayat Union Trichy District issued in No. Nil dt 4.5.2012 by the 4th respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and issue a consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to include the name of the petitioner in the panel as on 1.1.2012 for the post of B.Ed. Middle School Headmaster at Rank https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.7 for Lalgudi Panchayat Union Trichy District and promote the petitioner as B.Ed Middle School Headmaster at Panchayat Union Middle School Nathamangudi, Lalgudi Panchayat Union, Trichy Distict with service and monetary benefits from the date on which her junior is promoted.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 13.06.2013 passed in W.P. No.15776 of 2013.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader (Education) fairly submitted that on the heels of the impugned order, the Government has issued G.O. Ms. No.165, School Education Department dated 15.10.2014 and consequently, the writ petitioner has been promoted. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader (Education), nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal, at this stage. Resultantly, the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
