This writ petition seeks a mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with functions of the petitioner as the Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Mariamman and Vinayagar Temple, Machampalayam, Madhukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore without following the due process of law.

2. According to the counter filed by the respondents, the petitioner has passed away on 10.05.2021 and the petitioner's son one Mr.M.S.Senkathir Prakash has been recorded as Hereditary Trustee and there has been declaration to this effect as well.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that this writ petition is not pursued any more and has filed memo dated 18.08.2021 seeking leave to withdraw this writ petition.
