Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein viz the District Collector, Kancheepuram District at Kancheepuram to consider the representation of the petitioner herein sent by him by RPAD on 05.01.2019 for the purpose of effecting Transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner herein and to draw proper F.M.Sketch in respect of the lands which are not taken into account. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein viz the District Collector, Kancheepuram District at Kancheepuram to consider the representation of the petitioner herein sent by him by RPAD on 05.01.2019 for the purpose of effecting Transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner herein and to draw proper F.M.Sketch in respect of the lands which are not taken into account.

When the matter was listed on 14.12.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 20.12.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 20.12.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
