ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent Police to open the lock and seal of the shed bearing No. 959A bearing Survey No. 420/06, 421/B1, 421/B2, 427/1B1, Permankottai, Pannihalli, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District and hand over the custody to the petitioner concerned in Crime No. 312/2017 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Kaveripattinam Police Station, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said custody belongs to the petitioner and also his vehicle was seized in pursuant to the case registered in Crime No. 312 of 2017 for the offences under Section 336 IPC, under Section 7 of Cigaratte and other Tobacco Products Acts 2003, under Section 3
(1) (zz) (iii), under Section 265 (1)(2)(i)(iv) and under Section 27 of Food Safety and Standard Act 2006. He further submits that the investigation has been completed and the respondent Police is ready to de-seal the premises and also ready to return the vehicle which was seized.

Considering the above submissions made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the respondent Police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a representation to the respondent Police in this regard and on receipt of the same the respondent Police is directed to de-seal the premises and also to return the vehicle to the petitioner which was seized in pursuant to the case registered in Crime No.312 of 2017 after verifying the documents.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
