PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, directing respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Kondakinthanapalli, Thangamalai Adivaram Village, Athumedu Arulmigu Sree Sendraya Swamy temple Poo Pallakku Urchavam, Seina Urchavam, Viswaruba Dharisana Urchavam Festival at Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupathur District on 20.03.2022 to 22.03.2022 between 06.00PM to 11.00 PM by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2022. The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Kondakinthanapalli, Thangamalai Adivaram Village, Athumedu Arulmigu Sree Sendraya Swamy temple Poo Pallakku Urchavam, Seina Urchavam, Viswaruba Dharisana Urchavam Festival at Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupathur District on 20.03.2022 to 22.03.2022 between 06.00PM to 11.00 PM by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a rivalry between two groups in the village in conducting the festival. He would further submit that suitable enquiry would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
be conducted based on the petitioner's representation and appropriate orders will be passed.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2022 on or before 20.03.2022. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
