ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2015 pending on the file of All Women Police Station, Salem Town, Salem.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the 1st respondent Police, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2015 was completed and final report has been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Salem and the same has been taken on file in CC.No.40 of 2015.

In view of the aforesaid development, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
