The above C.M.P. is filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the writ appeal.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting 1st respondent as well as learned Government Counsel for respondents 2 to 5 have no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of 'No Objection' expressed and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay of 50 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
