The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's husband https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already left India in the year 2018 itself and therefore, the writ petition has now become infructuous.

2. The petitioner has sought for a prayer in this writ petition seeking for extension of Visa for her husband, while he was in India in the year 2017. Since the petitioner's husband has already left India in the year 2018, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
