COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to transfer the case in Crime Nos.315, 154 & 233 of 2012 respectively on the file of the 5th & 6th respondents respectively to specialized agency namely the 7th respondent, Central Bureau of Investigation.

(In all Writ Petitions) C O M M O N O R D E R The relief sought for in these writ petitions is to direct the respondents herein to transfer the case in Crime Nos.154, 233 & 315 of 2012 respectively to specialized agency namely the 7th respondent, Central Bureau of Investigation.

2. The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to the lis on hand brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation in all the cases were completed and charge sheets have been laid and the trial is yet to be commenced.

3. This being the progress made during the pendency of the writ petitions, the relief sought for to transfer the case need not be considered at this length of time and furthermore, the investigation in the cases have already been concluded and charge sheets have been filed. Thus, it is for the parties to defend their cases before the competent concerned court in a manner known to law.

4. With these observations, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
