For Petitioner : Mr.M.Jayakumar For Respondents : Mr.B.Vijay O R D E R This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue the certified copies bearing CA.No.1608 of 2018 dated 28.12.2018 of Plaint Copy, Compromise Petition on I.A.No.697 of 1989 and Final Decree copy of O.S.No.146 of 1989.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his request for issuing the certified copies of documents are not furnished inspite of filing such copy application.

3. Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner represents the copy application, the same will be considered and the certified copies of documents, as sought for by the petitioner in the said application, would be furnished, provided the petitioner pays the necessary fees for providing such certified copies. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would represent the copy application before the respondents by next week.

5. Recording the above said undertaking given by both parties, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
