(CR.NO.398/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions the petitioner are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court in order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.24480 of 2021 and pass such other suitable orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAKASH ADIAPADAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24480 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
