ORDER

By this writ petition, a demand notice for a sum of Rs.1,39,188/- towards property tax was challenged.

2. After the issuance of an interim order on 21.02.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire property tax dues were discharged. He has placed on record a service request receipt indicating that a total sum of Rs.70,992/- was paid.

3. Learned standing counsel for the Erode City Municipal Corporation concurs that there is no outstanding.

4. By recording the above, W.P.No.3456 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
