PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur, on all working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30015 of 2024 its order dated 02.12.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumputhur, on all working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30015 of 2024 its order dated 02.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.30015 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
