ORDER
(The matter is heard through "Video-conferencing") Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 09.03.2012 made in un-numbered C.M.A.No.Nil of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Court, Puducherry against the fair and decretal order dated 30.09.2010 in E.P.No.21 of 2007 in O.S.No.514 of 1985 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Puducherry. 2.The petitioner filed C.M.A. against the order dated 30.09.2010 made in E.P.No.21 of 2007 along with application to condone the delay in filing the appeal. The learned Judge without numbering the application and appeal, rejected C.M.A., against that the petitioner filed the present C.R.P. In view of the order passed today in C.R.P.(NPD)No.2726 of 2021 setting aside the order of the learned Judge dated 30.09.2010 2/4
