(CR.NO. 518/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time in Crl.OP.18733/2021 order passed on 06.10.2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18733 of 2021, dated 06.10.2021, for executing the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner approached the trial Court for furnishing surety, but, the trial Court declined to furnish surety as name changed in FIR, hence the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.
Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
