C O M M O N O R D E R Crl.O.P.No.8847 of 2018 has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.208 of 2017, on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai - 8. 2.The defacto-complainant viz., Mrs.G.Uma Maheswari, party - in- person is present before this Court and also filed an affidavit in Crl.O.P.No.8847 of 2018, by stating that the matter has been amicably settlement with her husband before the Maintenance Court (Family Court) and seeks to record the said compromise between the parties.

3.Crl.O.P.No.6834 of 2018 filed by one Gopalakrishnan, who is the husband of the defacto complainant and one Amudha sister of Gopalakrishnan, has already been closed by this Court on 19.06.2021, in view of the compromise entered between the parties.

4.Taking note of the compromise entered between the husband and wife and also considering the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6834 of 2018, dated 19.07.2021, no further adjudication is required.
