2. As per the judgment passed by the Full Bench of this Court in Crl.A.Nos.89 and 90 of 2020, dated 28.05.2020 the judgment passed by the First Appellate Court to be ignored and the complainant is required to file Criminal Appeal before this Court, after filing the transpose petition.

3. Crl.M.P.No.2675 of 2024(Transpose Petition) was filed by the complainant is ordered today. The memorandum of appeal filed before the First Appellate Court has to be filed before this Court and the same has also been filed.
