This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organiser in the existing vacancy or in the future vacancy in the Mayiladuthurai Union. 2.

On perusal of records, now the petitioner is aged about 45 years. Therefore, the petitioner is barred by age for appointment to the said post. As such, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
