O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition is filed against the order dated 16.07.2013 passed in W.P.No.20395 of 2004.

2. This Contempt Petition itself is filed before this Court on 14.09.2017 after lapse of four years from the date of passing of order dated 16.07.2013 made in W.P.No.20395 of 2004. There is an enormous delay even in filing the contempt petition.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the writ appeal has already been filed challenging the order dated 16.07.2013 made in W.P.No.20395 of 2004 and the delay for filing the writ appeal was also condoned by the Division Bench on 25.04.2018.

4. This being the factum of the case, the contempt petition need not be kept pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
