O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. After the Writ Petition has been filed, according to the writ petitioner, by an order dated 17.02.2017, the District Registrar, Namakkal has passed an order, instructing the petitioner to workout his remedies before appropriate forum. But, at the same time, the District Registrar, Namakkal, citing the order of stay granted by this Court on 09.02.2015 in W.P.No.25694 of 2014 in respect of Circular No.67/2011, has not passed any order.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 17.02.2017 passed by the District Registrar, Namakkal.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
