Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.GOPALAN AND CO, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition seeking permission to effect Substituted Service is ordered.

2.The petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", in respect of the respondent, circulated where the respondent resides, mentioning the date of hearing as 06.06.2022.
