L.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S V.BALAMURUGANE, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR(PUDUCHERRY)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
