ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents herein to rectify the mistake and make proper corrections in the extent of landed properties mentioned in the Pattas relating to the Sub-Divisions made in S.No.153/3C3 Kottumaranahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District and pass orders within a limited time frame by considering the representation dated 14.08.2020 of the petitioner herein.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
