Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to settle the terminal benefits along with pensionary benefits amounting to the sum of Rs.4,24,927/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Seven only), within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble High Court, by disposing the representations dated 30.06.2010, 27.12.2010,

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents herein to settle the terminal benefits along with pensionary benefits amounting to the sum of Rs.4,24,927/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Seven only), within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble High Court, by disposing the representations dated 30.06.2010, 27.12.2010, 11.02.2011 and 01.06.2011.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that already the petitioner had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.20855 of 2008 for the same relief and the same was disposed on 20.07.2021, thereby directed the first respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.1229, Education Department, dated 27.06.1981 and directed to pay the pensionary benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
