Crl.M.P.No.2440 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25050 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25050 of 2021 dated 03.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also filed the final Report.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
