The petitioner originally filed a writ petition seeking a direction to 3rd respondent to execute the sale deed in respect of the Plot No.C-98 in Nanganallur Co-operative Building Scheme Colony comprised in Survey No.26/2 of Nanganallur Village, Alandur Taluk, Chennai District.

2. The 3rd respondent has come up with the counter wherein it is mentioned that the 2nd respondent has passed an order on 14.11.2022 directing the 3rd respondent to resume the possession of land. 3.Therefore, the petitioner has filed an amendment application so as to include the prayer challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 14.11.2022.

4. The order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 14.11.2022 is a part of the very same cause of action and in order to prevent the multiplicity of the proceedings, this Court is inclined to allow the amendment application. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
