ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31325 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.4(b) to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31325 of 2025 dated 13.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
