ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2017, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the family members of the second respondent and the abovesaid respondent is interfering unlawfully. Therefore, the complaint will have to be looked into and appropriate action has to be taken.

4.We have called for the file from the first respondent. A perusal of the file would indicate that two similar complaints were made earlier. On enquiry, those complaints were closed. The present complaint was also closed, after getting a report from the District Judge. Thus inasmuch as the complaint made by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
